How it works

I want to sign up
  1. I sign up online On the platform in the “Registration” section.
  2. I receive my refund voucher by email Worth €50 excl. VAT for each €300 excl. VAT spent for a maximum order of €1,800 (or $1,800 for USA & Canada) excl. VAT
  3. I buy my DEGRENNE products through my distributor The refund voucher is only valid against an order for DEGRENNE products.
  4. I fill in my refund and provide the supporting documents On the platform in the “Refund” section, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of my distributor’s invoice.

    Supporting documents to provide:

    1. A copy of the invoice for the order of DEGRENNE products placed with your distributor.
    2. An invoice issued by you indicating the amount of your refund.
  5. I receive my refund Within a maximum of 30 days from the date of my online refund request.
