Refund

To receive a refund you must:

• Complete the form below within a maximum of 30 days from the date of your distributor’s invoice
• Provide a copy of the invoice for the order of DEGRENNE products placed with your distributor
• Issue an invoice indicating the amount in € (or in $ if you are from USA / Canada) excl. VAT of your refund to:
